Despite the date of release, April 1, 2011, it was no joke, the whole band could not wait for the release of our newest single "Sex at The Witching Hour". The song itself was born back in 2010 around the beginning of our touring season. After month's of performing it around and getting feedback from the fans, we decided to get this sexy, groovy, hard-hitting song recorded. But, with whom? A song of this nature needed a professional. {Ding}{Ding}, renowned producer Ben Schigel (Drowning Pool & Chimaira) immediately came to mind. It wasn't just the fact that he lives near Cleveland, OH (Although that helped), it was for his amazing production skills behind the board.
So, we hit up Ben and spent the 2 days after Christmas 2010 at Spider Studios recording the song. Oh yeah! Santa came to town twice in 2010 LMAO. After the killer work he did with the song; we were chomping at the bit to get it released. But first to get it mastered. Thanks to our wonderful distribution company, we sent our music to Universal Records to get our song mastered and prepared for the airwaves. After a month of waiting, the big day came in February, we received the FINAL PRODUCT.
Lastly, we had to make it available to the fans. So after much work, time & money, our distribution company made it available for sale at All Digital Stores. But of course, Itunes was first. And, available now, you can take a peek and purchase the latest single from 3SO on Itunes and all other digital stores by the end of April 2011.
